Squat Accessories

It is very important always to press with your heels instead of your toes during all squat exercises. However, about 50% of all people are not able to keep their heels on the floor when they squat deep, because their body structure doesn't allow it. These people must put a wooden plank of about 2 inches thick (e.g. 5 x 20 x 80 cm) under their heels. To avoid a painful neck after squatting, it is also very handy to have a barbell pad available.
